Mission Statement

The mission of Amazing Blessings Christian Preschool is to work cooperatively with families to help preschoolers grow in all areas of development – intellectual, physical, social, emotional, and spiritual. It is our mission to create a solid educational foundation for young children within a compassionate and caring Christian environment.

Purpose and Philosophy

At Amazing Blessings Christian Preschool we believe that each child is a special and unique child of God, ready to be challenged to develop his/her God-given potential. We value instilling a love for learning and a love for Jesus through a developmentally appropriate, hands-on approach in a caring and nurturing environment.

Curriculum and Preschool Standards

Amazing Blessings Christian Preschool uses standards and objectives aligned with the Preschool Colorado Academic Standards which set out a series of learning outcomes agreed to be essential for Kindergarten readiness. The curriculum is comprised of activities taken from a variety of resources based on best practices, Christian values, and what is developmentally appropriate for 3-5 year olds. Intentional teaching strategies are used to create a balance of activities that revolve around themes and learning centers that are: both quiet and active; for individual, small, and large group; both child-initiated and teacher initiated; both academically focused (literacy, math, and science) and more traditionally focused (social-emotional, physical and creative development).
